Grinding Lap or Grit Lap
The grinding laps are available in different grit sizes like 80 Grit, 100 Grit, 180 Grit, 260 Grit, 360 Grit, 600 Grit, 1200 Grit, 1500 Grit, 3000 Grit
Selection of correct grit size is based on the type of operation and the type of stones being worked on. If your Gemstone is hard and big size and you need to pre shape, a coarser grit (80 to 360) is preferred. The fine grits (600-3000) to be used for stones that are soft, small and the operation required is faceting or pre-polish. Grit Laps come as wrappers only and a Grit Lap base is required for each of them.

Steel Dopsticks
These steel dopsticks are normally used with our machine models AEW-CSM and AEW-FPK which perform the functions of shaping as well as faceting and polishing of gemstones. The dopsticks come in different sizes ranging from 1.50 mm to 8 mm.
We also offer a combo pack of 100 dopsticks - This will be of different sizes based on our experience. We take care to ensure that most gemstone sizes are covered in the combo.
Dop Stick Stand
This dop stick stand is commonly used with our machine models AEW-CSM and AEW-FPK. Also used for keeping the dopsticks straight while heating them. This stand has multiple holes of the size of dopsticks on the top part and very small holes on the bottom part for the heat to pass through while heating
